“Save the Children”, the simple yet profound words spoken during a Sunday morning youth service into a crowded congregation, ignited the passion and drive of a young wrestling coach, at the peak of his career. During the summer of 1995, those very words impacted a gifted athlete to alter the course of his life forever. This divine encounter with Jesus Christ and a message of hope became his ultimate mission. The following year this same young man that once lived the street life, transformed completely. He answered to the call of God upon his life to and became an ordained minister of the gospel. His message: “Save the Children”.

R. Caleb Jean’s initial platform did not begin in a church like most newly ordained ministers, rather a high-school in Miami’s inner-city, Miami Northwestern Senior High School. He was approached by a 17-year old student to be their Bible Study Club Sponsor. On opening day nine students gathered together in a drama classroom that transformed into a sanctuary for 30 students on the next day, and as word spread the number of attendees grew to 80 plus students. The glory of God filled the room and students begin to be set free, delivered and saved. Faculty members and parents were being transformed by the power of God, demons were being cast out, praises were sent up and blessings were poured out. The bible study later adopted the name “Youth Alive”. Youth Alive began to grow like wild fire and spread onto the basketball court, football field and, into the local community. Fortunately, that wasn’t the only fire being started.

On June 5, 2000, Caleb married his best friend and companion, Danielle Jean. A marriage manifested by a divine mandate and confirmed by the words of God.

On January 28, 2002, a testimony was being birthed. An intruder had entered the premises of the high-school, a tussle that begun on the second floor, abruptly ended at the bottom of the first floor leaving Caleb paralyzed. While on the hospital bed he was approached by his expectant wife, reminding him, “The steps of a righteous man are ordered by the Lord…this is not your destiny”. These words of hope strengthened his faith, considering the analysis of the medical professionals that he may “never walk again”. Despite the medical claims, God had the last say, and through the mighty move of God and the prayer of faith, Caleb walked out of the hospital within the same day. The mission was complete, but not forgotten at Miami Northwestern Senior High School; the bible study and fellowship still exists till this day.

Although Caleb was no longer at the school, the students found a way to continue in fellowship. He was approached by many to begin a bible study in his very own home. With his wife in agreement, they began Wednesday
night bible study in their living room. Every Wednesday his family would prepare for the multitude of attendees
that would fill their home, the gathering became “Wednesday Night Live”. Moving TV’s, couches, and dining
room tables, became a weekly routine. Their son’s room served as a nursery, while the kitchen, dining room and
hallway were used for extra seating. The Jean home was now officially open for souls.

In 2007, through the Lord’s leading, Caleb responded to a higher call of ministry and became an ordained Pastor,
ministering under a strong prophetic anointing. Although the family had been faithful members of a local church,
through much prayer, he approached his leaders about the move that God had shown him, and with their blessings,
he and his family ventured off to a new chapter in their lives. With an expanding family, and a large number of
followers, the call upon his life could not go unnoticed by spectators who brought in countless witnesses. God’s
glory provoked the people to salvation and hunger after righteousness, for the once known bible study had grown
into a thriving ministry.

Divine Hope Restoration Ministries opened its doors Sunday, June 3, 2007, at the El Palacio Hotel, in Miami
Gardens, Florida, with approximately 80 members. What began as “Wednesday Night Live” bible study in Pastor
Jean’s home, expanded to over hundreds of sons and daughters now gathered into a praise-filled sanctuary. Divine
Hope Restoration Ministries (with emphasis on the Apostolic and the Prophetic) continues to grow and operate as
a five-fold international ministry, enriching the lives of the body of Christ through various ministries within the
church: Sons of Thunder, Daughters of Power, Sacred Lovers Marriage Ministry, Get RIGHTeous Youth Ministry,
The Joy of the Lord Institute of Learning, Divine Learning Academy and Enrichment Center, Divine Arts &
Culture, Divine Media Center and many more to come.

In 2009, the mantle on Pastor Jean’s life shifted once again, to that of the Apostolic. Immediately following he
was presented an honorary Doctorate Degree, by the first graduating class of The Joy of the Lord Institute of
Learning.

Apostle R. Caleb Jean has been commissioned to prepare God’s people for the work of ministry and be fully converted
into the army that God has commissioned. As a vessel used by God he has been instrumental in the deliverance
and the restoration of many wounded, battered and misguided souls. Apostle Jean has been a featured guest
pastor on several occasions of Trinity Broadcasting Network’s, “Praise the Lord Program”. He is a much sought
after conference speaker for many local and international churches. Be prepared to experience the apostolic and

Apostle R. Caleb Jean and his wife Prophetess Danielle Jean reside in Miami Gardens, FL and are the parents of
eight children: Aaron, Joshua, Hope, Daniel, Jordan, Nathan, Faith, and Charity. The couple has also served as
